A new online hub coming soon
We are getting ready to launch a brand new online hub for all former-Derwentside Homes residents to report repairs, make rent payments, check rent statements, view tenancy details and much more.
The new hub will be a dedicated area of our website that allows residents to manage their accounts online. It’s fast, simple, convenient, and secure.
Until now, residents have been able to report repairs and view rent account details online, but these have been handled by two completely different systems that weren’t particularly user-friendly.
The ability to report a repair or pay your rent online will be unavailable between Wednesday 6th December to Tuesday 12th December while we prepare to launch our new service.
We are bringing all the functionality you want under one roof to make managing your tenancy intuitive and convenient.
You will be able to:
- Pay your rent
- Request repairs
- View past and ongoing repairs
- Check and update your personal details
- View your tenancy details
- View rent statements
- View details of your housing officer
We’ve also improved navigation and made the site mobile responsive, making it easy to manage your Karbon tenancy or account on the go from your smartphone or tablet.
Creating your account
You will need the following information to register:
- Your tenancy reference number (you will find this on your rent statement)
- Your email address
- A secure password
You can now pay your rent online using the Allpay Internet Payments website. You will need the 19 digit number on your rent payment card to register in order to pay through this service. If you do not have your rent payment card you can request a replacement by ringing customer services on 0800 7839295.
You can still pay online using the old Sagepay method by clicking here, but this service will be withdrawn on December 18th 2017
