Partners

A newly formed partnership is set to transform Derwentside, delivering part of Derwentside Homes’ multi million pound investment programme. This partnership will revive housing stock, create local jobs and provide new training opportunities within Derwentside.
Following a detailed quality and price selection process Derwentside Homes selected Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) North East to deliver a 4 year programme of works to refurbish its properties to meet the Derwentside Homes Standard, which is far in excess of the Government’s Decent Homes Standard. The properties included in the scheme, will benefit from kitchen, bathroom, reheat and rewiring upgrades.
Using their expertise and customer driven approach Derwentside Homes and FHM will work closely to refurbish approximately 2000 properties across the district, breathing new life into neighbourhoods and instilling a sense of community pride and spirit.
