We are members of benchmarking groups where we measure our performance against similar organisations. We aim to provide information on how we are performing so that our customers can see how we are doing.

Tenant Survey 2009
In August 2009, we conducted a tenant survey using an independent company named Priority Research. This survey used a new version of the standard national questionnaire (called STATUS), which meant the results could be compared with similar housing providers around the country.
The questionnaire was sent to all tenant households of whom 3484 completed and returned the survey, representing a response rate of 54%. The following document contains some of the main results from the survey. Find out more here.

At Derwentside Homes we care about our customers. This is why we want you to tell us about you and your family so that we can make sure that the services we provide match your needs. We want to make sure that our services aren't discrimating against any particular group or section of society and thats why the 'its all about you' project is so important. Resident Involvement Performance
It’s important that that we monitor our service performance as it gives us a good understanding of the level of service that customers receive. For our resident involvement service, we measure some of the things that we input (costs of the service) and the outputs (activities) that you receive so that we know how effective the service is.
