Service Standards
We have produced a set of service standards so that you can be clear about the level of service that you can expect from Derwentside Homes.
These standards have been developed with customers so that we can be sure that they reflect the services you would expect from us. We will regularly review the standards on an annual basis and we will always involve customers in this process.
We will monitor these service standards to check that we are meeting them and we will publish the results in the HomeNews twice per year and on the website. By telling you what level of service you can expect, you will know whether or not we are meeting the standards and if we are not, we want you to tell us about it so that we can learn from where we went wrong.
