Involving You Service Standards
This service standard sets out the service that you can expect from Derwentside Homes on resident involvement.
We will:
- Send out 4 newsletters every year to keep you informed about Derwentside Homes
- Hold an annual tenants’ conference;
- Offer a menu of involvement opportunities that are promoted through sign up, the newsletter and website and are reviewed annually;
- Use the 2009 STATUS survey to assess how satisfied you are with opportunities for involvement and benchmark this against other organisations;
- Review our resident Involvement action plan every year.
