Report a Repair

When reporting a repair, please make sure that you give as much information as possible, including:

  • your name, address and daytime phone number;
  • as much detailed information as possible about the repair;
  • access for tradesmen and technical officers;
  • where the repair is needed; and
  • whether you have already reported this problem.

Emergencies

We provide special phone lines for emergencies outside office hours. Please use them only in genuine emergencies when there is a serious possibility of a health and safety risk.

When you have reported a repair, we will send you a receipt by post within two working days, confirming your request and also giving the expected completion date and the contractor.
