Derwentside Homes incorporates the Equality and Diversity Service, to address the variety of Equality and Diversity roles and queries within the organisation.
The aim of the Equality and Diversity service is to ensure that we root our commitment to equality and diversity in the core values of everything we do.
The Equality and Diversity section will help carry out policies, practices and procedures that actively promote equality, diversity and human rights. We will be working hard to remove any barriers that prevents ‘equality for all’ of our employees and tenants.
