Our equality and diversity policy statement Derwentside Homes carries out its Equality and Diversity Policy in line with our Corporate Strategy and the Tenants Services Authority (TSA) Regulatory Code and Guidance.

Derwentside Homes carries out this policy through the work of its Equality and Diversity Officer, who will be responsible for the co-ordination, monitoring and delivery of suitable strategies and action plans in meeting legal and regulatory needs.
