Prize draw

Tenants who have clear rent accounts, using their swipe cards or pay by direct debit and standing order are eligible to enter a prize draw twice a year, in October and March. Find out more about paying your rent

We own and manage around 7,000 properties throughout the district of Derwentside from one bedroom flats to 4 bedroom houses and a range of Sheltered Schemes for Independent Living for the over 55s.

Derwentside Homes is a partner of Durham Key Options, which will be introducing a new Countywide Choice Based Lettings scheme from Autumn 2009.

Until the Durham Key Option’s Choice Based Lettings scheme starts, Derwentside Homes will continue to allocate vacant properties from the existing Housing Register. You will not be able to ‘bid’ on vacant properties until Choice Based Lettings starts if you are eligible for a vacant property Derwentside Homes Officers will contact you.
