What to do if you go away

If you are going to be away from your flat for any length of time, such as on holiday or to go to hospital, it is important that you let the Support Worker know at the earliest possible time.

What to do if you lose your keys

Tenants are responsible for the security of their keys. Therefore, if you lose them we will charge you for any work we carry out and for replacement keys.

We advise you to have a named key holder such as a family member, friend or neighbour who can keep a spare set of keys should you lose them.

We ask that you keep any Support Workers updated of the names and contact details of your named key holders should they need to contact them in an emergency.
