Customer Panels

We want to know what you think so that we can make sure the services we deliver are the right ones for you and delivered in the right way. Your views and ideas help us to do that.

Our Customer Panels  hold meetings to provide us with new ideas when it comes to improving our services. The panels present their views on future development plans and will help us develop new service standards.

Repairs and Maintenance

The Repairs and Maintenance Panel look at the issues around our day to day repairs. They help us to agree procedures and timescales for repairs as well as carrying out feedback and site visits to our tenants who have had repairs to help improve the service.
Customer Services Complaints and
Compliments

This panel help the customer services manager to improve the performance and procedures of the customer services team. They also look at our complaints and compliments procedure and examples and help us to shape our services based on our feedback from tenants.
Capital Works

The Capital Works panel receive feedback on the progress of our major capital works and help us to make improvements from a tenant’s point of view.
They carry out random quality checks on properties which have had improvements and visit other housing associations to see what they offer their tenants.
They help us to make choices on products we offer our tenants from kitchen units to door handles and also help us shape the service we offer.
Housing Services

The Housing Services Panel are responsible for shaping the service of our housing department, this includes allocations, rents, tenancy services and anti social behaviour. The panel help us to improve our letable standards, our procedures for allocation, they look at schemes we could provide to give our tenants better satisfaction such as decoration and gardening schemes.
