Derwentside Homes are setting up a Virtual Information Panel (VIP) to allow our tenants to give their views and feedback from the comfort of their own home.
What will being a VIP mean for me?
There are a lot of exciting changes going on in Derwentside Homes and being part of the Virtual Information Panel will give you the chance to shape and improve our services in your own time and at your own convenience.
Becoming a VIP gives you the opportunity to get involved in a flexible way:
- We will email you asking for feedback on different topics, leaflets and policies
- As part of the panel you can contact us as often or as little as you like about a range of topics or even just to let us know what’s going on in your area!
Following each survey results will be published on our website, you can view them here. You will also recieve a VIP newsletter annually by email which will update you on news in Derwentside Homes and how you have helped shape our services.
