Tenants come out top in prize draw

Derwentside Homes carries out a twice yearly prize draw, which is free to enter for all tenants who have a clear rent account.
We recently carried out the first draw of 2008/9, and pictured receiving their cheques from Director of Housing and Community Services Samantha Gibson are winners, Mrs Keegan, of Craghead, Stanley and Mrs Broadhurst, of Hamsterley, Consett.
Samantha said: 'It's nice that we can reward some of our tenants this way, just for having a clear rent account and taking the time to enter the competition.'
Details of how to apply for the next prize draw will be in the tenants' newsletter HOMENEWS. All tenants should look out for this opportunity to win cash prizes of up to £250.
