Derwentside Homes services affected by big freeze
The adverse weather conditions that are affecting the whole country at present are affecting the services that Derwentside Homes is able to provide. Due to the large number of emergency callouts and hazardous road conditions callers to our repairs service are being advised that we are currently carrying out emergency repairs only.
You can still report repairs through our Freephone number of 0800 7839295. However, non emergency repairs will be subject to longer waiting times for an appointment and you may experience a longer wait to get through as we are experiencing a high volume of calls. Alternatively, you may wish to report non emergency repairs only online.
Derwentside Homes' improvement works have also been suspended until further notice. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that disruption to the services may cause you and will keep you informed of any developments through the website as they become available.
