Putting People First Awards 2008

National Customer Services Week 2008

Every day, staff working for Derwentside Homes make a positive contribution to the lives of thousands of people living in the district.

We want to recognise those staff that go the extra mile and really do ‘put people first’ in Derwentside Homes. The 6th to the 12th October is National Customer Service Week, designed to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays within an organisation. It is also an opportunity for us to say a big thank you to those who work in customer service for a job well.
Staff in Derwentside Homes will nominate colleagues for the 3 awards:

  • The Step it Up Award
  • The Outstanding Contribution to Customer Service Award
  • The Colleague Care Award

Derwentside Homes would also like to advise tenants that you will be receiving a questionnaire in the post very soon. This questionnaire will ask you about your needs, which will enable us to deliver a much more tailored and better service in the future.
