Exciting new vacancy at Derwentside Homes

Tenancy Services Officer - Salary - £23,715

Derwentside Homes is looking to recruit a suitable person for the role of Tenancy Services Officer - for more information click here.

Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for providing high quality housing services, which ensures neighbourhood sustainability.

We will be involved in delivering our promises to tenants, on the ground, by effectively managing allocations and empty properties, minimising rent loss and helping to ensure that estates and tenancies are maintained in an appropriate manner.

We will also be expected to promote effective communications, an excellence in customer service and a focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of your work.

You will be able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of legislation, national policy and good practice in housing and support services, a commitment to social housing and the needs of tenants together with an understanding of customer care and the need to promote equality and diversity in all aspects of service delivery.
