Your gas safety appointment
We will call to carry out your gas safety check. If we arrive at an inconvenient time, you can arrange for a mutually convenient time.
It is important that you allow the Gas Safe registered engineer access to the property.
What does a gas safety check include?
The Gas Safe registered engineer will carry out tests and checks to establish your appliances are operating safely.
The engineer will:
- check installations for gas leaks
- check sufficient gas pressure is delivered to the appliance
- check the appliance is working correctly
- check appropriate ventilation
- check correct flue termination
- check all safety devices are working correctly
- check appliances are burning correctly
- perform any other checks by the manufacture instructions
- verify the appliance and installation is safe to use.
- We will not repair any appliances you have installed if they are faulty.
