Before you contact us
- If you have lost your keys, we will charge you for gaining entry.
- If the garage has been broken into, and there is damage to the lock, we will not normally class this as urgent.
- We will not normally class garage repairs as urgent repairs.
If you need to contact us, please tell us the following.
- What is the problem? Is the door or frame loose, is the lock broken, or will the door not open or close?
- Is your car in the garage?
- Is the garage door metal or wood?
Please note
- We will only carry out work as an emergency if the vehicle is stuck in the garage.
