Once we finish
Following completion of the improvements to your home we will contact you to confirm that we believe all works to your home are now complete. However, if you believe that you have any jobs that are incomplete please contact either Stacey Brown or Victoria Murphy on the telephone numbers listed below:

As part of our normal procedures we will contact you again in approximately 12 months time to check that all of the items installed are still working correctly and that no defects have occurred since completion of the works.
The site teams of the contractor who carried out the works provided you with numbers to contact in case of emergencies. These details are included in the tenant information packs given to you by the contractor and include numbers of their tenant liaison officers, site managers, local offices and out of hours emergency telephone numbers. However, in the case of emergencies, if you are unable to make contact on the numbers provided please call us on 0800 783 9295 or 01207 521100.
Unfinished work
If you believe that some of the improvements aren’t finished please contact us on 01207 524257 or 01207 524258, and we will arrange for somebody to contact you to discuss any issues you may have.
12 Months Defects
Approximately 12 months after completing the works we will contact you to make sure that there are no issues with the improvements carried out. We will ask you to contact us and tell us if there are any problems with the work. In the meantime please contact us on 01207 524257 or 01207 524258.
Disturbance Payments and Decoration Allowance
Dependant on the works being carried out in your home you may be entitled to a disturbance payment, decoration vouchers, or decoration in lieu of the vouchers. The criteria and eligibility will be fully explained to you by the Tenant Liaison Officer and many payments to you will be made once the work is complete.
