Response times
Repairs fall in 4 main categories depending on the type of repair. The following are the priority codes and associated response times for our repair service.
- Emergency repair outside normal working hours needs immediate attention to make the situation safe or secure – Response time within three hours or less depending on the situation, and the work completed within one day.
- Emergency repair inside normal working hours – as above.
- Urgent repair – to be completed within five working days.
- Routine repairs – to be completed within 20 working days, including appointments
If your repair is not carried out within the target time you may qualify for compensation.
