Rent
We want to make paying your rent and other housing charges as easy as possible by giving you a range of payment methods to choose from.
Your rent must be paid weekly in advance or by arrangement, monthly/fortnightly in advance.
Rent is payable over 48 weeks with 4 rent free weeks per year.
You will receive a regular rent statement and will be informed at the beginning of each new financial year of any changes in the amount of rent due.
This may change if you are eligible for Housing Benefit and you will be informed by the Council in writing as to what this will be once your claim has been assessed.
