By Direct Debit 
You can set up a Direct Debit by completing the appropriate form with your bank details and return to Derwentside Homes. If you would like a form, Telephone: 08458 505 600. You will never need to worry about missing a payment.
Standing Order
You can set up a Standing Order by completing the appropriate form and returning to your bank.
Post Office/Pay Point Shops
Apply for a swipe card at any Derwentside Homes office. You can pay at the Post Office or any Pay Point Shop.
Telephone
You can telephone 08458 505 600 to pay rent by Debit/Credit Card. Please quote your tenancy account number.
By Post
You can send cheques/postal orders made payable to Derwentside Homes to:

Please write your tenancy account number on the reverse of the cheque.
Internet Payments
Payments can be made via this website take a look at our pay your rent online page for further details.
Please Note: If you are waiting for a claim to be processed by Housing Benefit you MUST make Rent payments. There are other people on the waiting list who would like Derwentside Homes property – do not let it be yours by falling into arrears.
