How do I report a repair?
When reporting a repair, please make sure that you give as much information as possible, including:

When you have reported a repair, we will send you a receipt by post within two working days, confirming your request and also giving the expected completion date and the contractor.

- your name, address and daytime phone number;
- as much detailed information as possible about the repair;
- access for tradesmen and technical officers;
- where the repair is needed; and
- whether you have already reported this problem.
