Report it. If you don’t, then Derwentside Homes can’t do anything to resolve the problem. There are several ways to do this:

You can e-mail us direct or you can contact us on 0800 783 9295 to report nuisance or if necessary call the out of hours reporting line on 01207 524 322.
The police non-emergency number is 0345 606 0365 or in an emergency 999.
